Koopa ATH Hardness Tester is designed and manufactured for online and full automatic hardness testing. It's conveyor can be put in series with the production line's conveyor. This hardness tester is equipped with one milling head for polishing the workpiece surface and one hardness tester head for hardness testing based on Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers Standards. Milling and Hardness Tester heads can move horizontally over the workpiece in a way that the axes of each head can stay over the test point.

Workpiece position recognition, conveyor movement, and all slider's movement is automatically done with microcontrollers. All settings, movements, and results can be seen, control, and set on monitor. This hardness tester is used for CNG capsules, pipes and cast workpieces upto 800kg.
